How to Enroll at Christian Educators Academy

Before you enroll:

  • Check out our website.
  • Download our Student-Parent Handbook.
  • If you have questions, call us at 1-800-886-0501 during our business hours (10-4 Eastern Time, Monday-Thursday, 10-2 Friday), or email us at info@christian-educators.com.
  • Take the online demo of our Gradpoint and Apex curricula.
  • Fill out the online Information Form  – this will reserve a space in our school for you.

To enroll

  • Fill out our 2017-18 Enrollment Package, and fax it to us at 321-402-0210, or email it to us at info@christian-educators.com.
    Required Documents:

    • Signed Contract (included in Enrollment Form).
    • Transcripts (high school) or Report Cards (Middle School / Grade School)
    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization Records
    • Recent Photo
  • Acquire the following forms and fax or e-mail them to us:
    • Transcripts
      • We need transcripts for the previous year, for any courses taken in high school or for high-school credit.
      • Homeschoolers should send us a list of courses taught, curriculum used, and grades earned.
    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization Records
  • We will call you to discuss the details of what classes your child will be enrolling in.
  • Withdraw from your current school – you cannot be enrolled in two schools at the same time.
  • Pay the tuition
  • We will create your courses and send you and an e-mail with your username and temporary password, instructions and a video.


Please call us at 1-800-886-0501 if you just want to sign up for 1 or 2 classes without enrolling as a full-time student.
